The proceedings will be published as special volumes of Physica C-Superconductivity and its Applications (North-Holland, an imprint of Elsevier Science B. V.), in keeping with all previous M2S-HTSC conferences.

The manuscript length must be as follows: contributed talks and poster presentations (2 pages), invited talks and invited posters (4 pages), plenary or overview lecture (6 pages). Manuscripts must be submitted in camera-ready form.

Space in the proceedings is limited. Please only submit papers that are

- Original work, not similar to published work of others;
- Not previously published or submitted elsewhere;
- Not a review of previous work by the same authors; and
- Complete, not preliminary or work in progress

The Conference proceedings will be peer-reviewed for technical merit and for conformance to Elsevier and conference standards of format and style (per the instructions contained wihtin the enclosed Elsevier Author's Kit). Accepted papers will be printed directly from your submitted paper in camera ready format. Papers not conforming to the proper format will be returned to the author for correction.
