Major Airports
Houston is served by two major airports, with direct flights from most domestic and major Asian and European cities. George Bush International Airport , located north of the city, is a major international and domestic facility located 25 miles from downtown Houston. William P. Hobby Airport, located 12 miles south of downtown, principally serves major U.S. cities.

An agreement with Continental
Airlines will allow Conference participants to receive discounted
international and domestic airfares.If you choose to take advantage
of this discount, please contact the Continental Convention Reservation
Center at 1-800-468-7022 and use reference number #06NW8D
when making your reservations. Discounts with other selected airlines
are also available when reservations are made through Continental.
Discounted fares will apply up to five days before and five days
after the conference dates. No Saturday night stay is required;
however, a limited number of hotel rooms are being held for participants
who wish to stay on Saturday before and/or after the conference.
United Airlines
offers discount round-trip transportation service in the U.S.,
Canada and Puerot Rico to M2S-HTSC-VI participants. Additional
discoutns are available when tickerts are purchased 60 days prior
to travel. Call the Meeting Plus Reservation Center at 1-800-521-4041
(U.S. and Canada) and refer to Meeting ID Code 526ZK.

Express Shuttle USA is offering discounted fares from Bush Intercontinental Airport and William P. Hobby Airport to M2S-HTSC-VI participants.
From Bush Intercontinental Airport, participants can purchase
a round-trip ticket from the airport to the Hyatt Regency or DoubleTree
at Allen Center Hotel for $28 and will receive an additional $2
discount when presenting the EXPRESS Shuttle USA coupon.
Participants traveling from William P. Hobby Airport to the Hyatt
Regency or DoubleTree at Allen Center Hotels can purchase a round-trip
ticket for $18 and will receive an additional $2 discount when
presenting the EXPRESS Shuttle USA coupon.
The EXPRESS Shuttle USA coupon must be presented when tickets
are purchased to insure discounted fares. The additional $2 discount
is valid only when round-trip tickets are purchased at the airports.
Regular one-way fares are available from Bush Intercontinental
Airport for $16 and from William P. Hobby for $11. Participants
will receive a $1 discount off regular fares when presenting the
EXPRESS Shuttle USA coupon when a ticket is purchased. The $1
discount is valid only when the one-way ticket is purchased at
the airports.
Coupons will be sent to all participants with their registration
confirmations.
